A Que Te Sabe is a project that began as a gastronomic blog in 2012, created by Venezuelan culinary journalist and professional chef Frederick Jiménez. He has lived in Oaxaca (Mexico) since 2013 where he has been devoted to researching local cuisines of different regions, writing, documenting, and crafting dishes at private events.

The project is currently seeking to expand and offer services for all those who appreciate authentic cuisine, respectfully approaching a cultural, social and historical context of a place as complex as Oaxaca, through ingredients, meals, visits to markets, cooking at private events, cooking classes and research.
